Return Policy

Returns are accepted only by prior authorization. Please e-mail or call MADesigns to get authorization for return. All authorized returns must be made within 10 days of approval. Custom made items cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
